Policies

Your payment options:

  • We accept cash, cheque (not on arrival), bank transfer and all major credit cards. However, American Express and Diners Club credit cards attract an additional 3.05% surcharge.
  • The balance is payable on arrival.
  • At the end of your stay any unpaid amounts will be automatically debited to your credit card.

To secure your booking:

  • We require a deposit equaling 35% of the total tariff to secure the booking.
  • Christmas and January School holidays, we require a deposit equaling 50% of the total tariff to secure the booking unless a monthly payment schedule has been agreed upon.
  • Where a deposit has not been received and alternative arrangements have been not agreed upon, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

Our cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations advised to us 8 days or more, prior to the booked arrival date will have the deposit refunded less a $55 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations advised to us 7 days or less prior to the booked arrival date will forfeit the 35% deposit.
  • Cancellations advised to us on the booked arrival date will be subject to the credit card that is held on file being charged the greater of either the first night’s accommodation or 50% of the total tariff of your booking.
  • No refunds will be given for early departure.
  • Christmas and January School holidays, cancellations advised 40 days or more prior to booked arrival date will have the deposit refunded less a $220 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations advised less than 40 days prior to booked arrival date will forfeit the 50% deposit.
  • No refunds will be given for early departure.

All linen is provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Free broadband internet access is available via Ethernet cable (CAT5e patch lead) in all apartments.

Check out time…….. Before 10:00am

Our regular office hours are:

  • 9:00am – 5:00pm (weekdays)
  • 9:00am – 12noon (Saturday and Sunday)
  • 9:00am – 12noon (public holidays)

If you will be arriving outside these times please contact us to arrange an alternative check-in procedure and full payment of your account before arrival.

We have endeavoured to fulfill all your accommodation requirements. As each apartment is privately owned, circumstances in the meantime may change and a specific apartment or request may not always be possible.
