Your payment options, details and cancellation policy for ALL BOOKINGS (excluding Christmas / New Year and January Holidays).

Your payment options, details and cancellation policy:

  • We accept all major credit cards however there is a surcharge imposed on all transactions Visa = 1.5% MasterCard = 1.5% Amex and Diners Club = 4% and Eftpos = 0.5% surcharge.
  • Initial deposit of 35% is required at the time of booking if bookings are made outside 30 days of check in.
  • Full balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will automatically be deducted from your preferred credit card unless advised of a cancellation.
  • Full payment is required for bookings made within 30 days of arrival.
  • Cancellations outside 30 days of arrival will incur a $55.00 administration fee.
  • Cancellations inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited unless the apartment can be re-booked at the same tariff, less $55.00 administration fee.

  • We accept all major credit cards however there is a surcharge imposed on all transactions Visa = 1.5% MasterCard = 1.5% Amex and Diners Club = 4% and Eftpos = 0.5% surcharge.
  • Initial non refundable deposit of $220.00 is required at the time of booking.
  • Further 50% deposit is required 6 months prior to your check in date.
  • Bookings made inside 6 months require 50% deposit at the time of booking then,
  • Full balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival and will automatically be deducted from your      preferred credit card unless advised of a cancellation.
  • Cancellations made outside 30 days of arrival will incur a $220.00 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made inside 30 days of arrival, full payment will be forfeited unless the apartment can be re-booked at the same tariff, less $220.00 administration fee. 
  • No refunds will be given for early departure.

All linen is provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Limited free WIFI access is available in all apartments. Most apartments have only 1 underground secure car space. Some of the higher levels have 2 car spaces. View Apartments for parking details. Additional off street parking is available outside.

Check out time…….. Before 10:00am

Our regular office hours are:

  • 9:00am – 5:00pm (weekdays)
  • 9:00am – 12noon (Saturday and Sunday)
  • 9:00am – 12noon (public holidays)

If you will be arriving outside these times please contact us to arrange an alternative check-in procedure and full payment of your account before arrival.

We have endeavoured to fulfill all your accommodation requirements. As each apartment is privately owned, circumstances in the meantime may change and a specific apartment or request may not always be possible.

ONE BEDROOM OPTION

We offer our apartments with a one bedroom option to allow a single or double rate as a more reasonably priced option when only 1 or 2 people wish to stay. To provide this option the additional bedrooms and bathroom is locked.

An apartment booked as one bedroom includes the main bedroom and ensuite, a seperate laundry, spacious living, dining and kitchen area opening onto a large deck or balcony. We are happy to unlock additional bedrooms if you choose.

If they are used in anyway, you will be charged as a two or three bedroom stay.

There is an immediate charge of $30 when the second bathroom is unlocked.
