Q. Do guests receive a secure parking space and how much is it?

A. Each apartment receives 1 FREE secure underground car space – Most Deluxe, Luxury and definitely the Penthouse Apartments have 2 FREE secure underground car spaces – Please view apartments on our website to confirm the number of car spaces allocated for your apartment and if your personal carspace is lockable by key. The underground carpark can be accessed using a remote control given to the guest on arrival. The guest can then choose to lock their personal carspace with a key. Also the underground carpark is monitored by 24hr video surveillance. If further parking is required there is additional on-site, off-street parking available at the front and rear of the building.

 

Q. What does Self-Contained Apartments mean?

A. Self-Contained means the Apartments don’t have daily or weekly cleans and therefore enjoy a lower tariff than similar quality serviced apartments. Sevan only services an apartment every 4 days for 8 night bookings or longer.

 

Q. Is all linen provided?

A. Yes all linen is provided as an arrival pack ( Charges will be added for additional items requested during your stay )
