Accommodation Feedback

We are continuously striving to improve our accommodation and service. We welcome both positive and critical comments. Please speak to reception if you have any comments or recommendations.

Air Conditioning

Your apartment is fitted with a reverse cycle air conditioner. The ideal and healthiest temperature setting all year round is 22 degrees. Please note any extreme temperature settings (below 22 degrees in summer or above 26 degrees in winter) can cause damage to the air conditioning unit, therefore needing technical support. If technical support is required, this charge will be added to your final account.

Arrival Pack

On arrival, your apartment is equipped with consumables. If additional items are required, please contact reception to purchase.

Balcony Use

We hope you enjoy soaking up the views and catching the beautiful sea breezes from your balcony. Please be aware that there is a 10pm curfew on all balconies for socialising as noise travels through to neighbouring apartments.

Barbeque Area

The barbeque area is available for all in-house guests to use. Should you wish to invite non-residents in for a barbeque, please notify reception prior to their arrival. During peak times a barbeque roster is used. Bookings can be made near reception. When in the BBQ area, please be considerate of other guests by limiting noise in this area after 7:30pm and before 9am.

Building Access

The front door is unlocked between the hours of 8am and 8pm, times outside these your remote control/fob is required to gain access into the building. Access via the garage is available 24/7 with the use of the remote control on your key tag.

Business & Office Services

We are available to help with a range of business services including Scanning, Printing and Photocopying chargeable on a per page rate.

Ceiling Fan/Light

Some apartments are fitted with a ceiling fan/light, to operate, ensure that the main wall switch is on then use the remote control to operate the fan and/or light.

Checkout

Checkout time is 10am. A late checkout may be arranged (subject to availability) at an additional charge. Please contact reception if you would like to request this. Please ensure your unit is left tidy upon departure. You do not need to remove or wash any linen. Although, it is expected that all crockery, glassware and eating utensils are washed and dried or at the very least stacked in the dishwasher with the dishwasher turned on to the appropriate cycle. Furthermore, it would be appreciated if all rubbish is removed from your apartment and taken to the garbage area. Management reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of $100 if your apartment is left in an unreasonable manner.

Community Room

The Community Room is located next to reception on Level 1, near the lobby. It is available for all in-house guests to use. There are tea and coffee making facilities, a small library of books and a television with Foxtel. Refreshments are also available for your enjoyment, please pay for items using the honesty cash box or at reception.

Conference Rooms

The Community Room can be closed off for private use, conferences or business meetings. Please contact reception for further information.

Contacting On-Site Management

During Business hours, please Dial 9 using the in-room phone. For After Hours emergencies, please phone 0431 310 484. Please limit after hours calls to emergencies, noise disturbances or essential enquiries.

Garbage & Recyling

Sevan Apartments is conscious of protecting the environment and would appreciate if you could help us by sorting all recyclables from general waste and placing them in the appropriate bin. Garbage bins are located at the rear of the building, next to the driveway.

Hire

A small selection of items are available for hire from reception. Books & Board games are available for use free of charge. Items such as Beach towels, cots & extra beds are chargeable. Please speak to reception for further information. Additional charges will apply if the item is damaged.

Iron & Ironing Board

Your apartment has an ironing board and iron located in the laundry.

Maintenance

Although your apartment has been inspected by our staff prior to check in, it is possible that you may discover something in need of repair during your stay. Please contact reception if you require assistance, alternatively let reception know of any issues on checkout.

Mini Bar

Mini bar items are available to purchase from reception. A list of available items is located in your apartment.

Parking

IN HOUSE GUESTS Each unit is allocated one complimentary undercover parking space for in-house guests only. Please park in your allocated parking bay. Extra parking bays are available at the rear of the building, just past our garage entrance.

VISITORS Your visitors can park in the front car park, at the rear of the building or on the street at the front of the building.

Pool

Access to the pool is from Level 1 via the Community Room. Hours of operation are 8am - 8pm. Please respect other guests by limiting noise in the pool area before 9am and after 7:30pm. Children 12 years & under must always be supervised by a competent adult. We reserve the right to close the pool at any time.

Servicing

A washing machine, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner, mop, broom and a dustpan and brush are all located in your apartment for your convenience. If you are staying for 8 days or more, your apartment will receive a complimentary linen change and light clean. Additional servicing is available at a nominal charge. Contact reception at least one day before to book a service.

Smoking

Sevan Apartments is proudly a non-smoking building. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional $250 fee.

Stove & Oven

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven combination which are both controlled by the knobs on the front panel. To operate, ensure that the isolation switch is on at the wall. If the clock on the front panel is flashing, press the two smaller buttons on the left and the furthest one on the right simultaneously, this overrides the child safety lock. The stove and oven are now operational.

Telephone

Your extension number is located on your telephone console. Your direct dial telephone number is +61 2 6555 03xy where x and y are the first and last digits of your apartment number. For example: +61 2 6555 0352 for apartment number 502. Dial: 0 for an outside line followed by the number required. 9 to call Reception during business hours. 7 + apt no. to call another in house guest eg. 7502 for apartment number 502

Television/Foxtel

All free to air channels, Foxtel channels and on demand movies are accessible through Foxtel. To search for different Foxtel options, select “TV Guide” and press the left arrow. This will dispaly the different categories available on Foxtel. Alternatively, you can scroll through the channels on the “TV Guide” or CH (channel) up and down.

WiFi & Internet Access

Complimentary WiFi is available in all apartments. To connect, simply turn on the WiFi setting in your device. Connect to Sevan WiFi and enter the password sevan2428. Alternatively, scan the QR code via the Foxtel mainpage - guest WiFi option to connect.
