Grab that popcorn and choc top and head out to the movies. There is always something for everyone in the line-up at Great Lakes Cinema 3 with the latest cinema guide available at reception.

  • YMCA Aquatic and Leisure Centre

YMCA Aquatic and Leisure Centre provides the perfect space to splash about. There’s a kids pool, toddlers pool, outdoor playground and kinder gym too.

  • Forster Entertainment Centre

The ultimate playground for the whole family! At Forster Entertainment Centre you’ll find a tenpin bowling centre, a Jurassic Putt Putt mini golf course and Laser Skirmish. This is holiday heaven for kids!

  • Kids Spot Forster

Kid Spot is great for the younger ones. This indoor playground includes a mega climbing maze, ball swamp, jumping castle, tunnels, slides, flying fox and soft play equipment. Let your kids run wild on the playground while you sit back and relax in the cafe.

  • MidCoast Council Libraries

  • Book Into A Day Spa

This is something just for mum. The Day Spas in town offer an indulgent treatment menu including luxe facials and massages to signature body treatments, waxing and tanning. This is the perfect place to switch off your phone, shut out the world and get glowing again.

  • Try Yoga

Forster Yoga Studio is the one place in Forster you can practice yoga in a serene, beautiful studio overlooking the picturesque Wallis Lake. The dynamic team of passionate teachers are here for you. They have created a space that is dedicated to personal growth, healing and your well-being.

As well as yoga, they also have infrared sauna sessions available and in house masseuse!

  • Get To Know Our Local Distillers

The Coastal Brewing Company is a family-owned microbrewery based right here in Forster! Using all natural ingredients, the brewery produces fresh craft beer.

The brewery also has a Tasting Room where it offers brewery tours & a beer tasting experience.

Lucky for us, the team at Great Lakes Paddocks produce a range of wines that include crisp and clean whites, together with medium bodied reds that are easy drinking.

Don’t worry though, if you can’t get to the winery itself. We have a limited selection of the Great Lakes Paddocks reserve collection wines on offer in the in-room mini bar if you’d prefer to enjoy a glass or two in the comforts of your apartment. 

  • Shop Til You Drop

Make your way down to Forster Main street, to discover a range of boutique shops and plenty of cafes.

Alternatively, Stockland’s is just a short drive away with all of our well know favourite retail outlets.
